Z Review
Z Review reports: Just received word that the filming on Troy will continue until November due to the delays that the damage inflicted by Hurricane Marty caused. This must mean that Troy is way way over budget. The production had been way over budget anyway.

Pirates 2 in SFX

Penny sent in this short article on POTC 2 in in Nov's issue of SFX magazine:
Know this me hearties Swashes will definitely be buckeld again. There's no way that Disney would ever let a movie as ridiculously successful as Pirates plunge sequel-less from the plank into the high seas. The only thing we're desperate to know is whether the cast will be back - will Johnny Depp put on his Keef Richards swagger for the masses again? Will Orlando Bloom once more have delusions of Errol Flynn? Will Keira Knightley make men everywhere sigh into their popcorn? And more importantly, will there be mermaids and sea serpents instead of CGI skeletons? Darn. We're all excited now. ETA Unknown

Steph reports: Just thought I would say if anyone who hasn't seen POTC yet (bless!), you can see Orlando's tattoo when Jack and Will are fighting around all the machinery, when Jack asks who makes all the swords, Will has his arm up and you can see the elvish tattoo. Everyone probably already knows this, but for those who didn't notice, you can now watch for it!
