Two Glasgow martial arts experts are to hit the big screen in the UK's first-ever martial-arts movie. Brothers Mike and Steve Krause have just finished filming fight scenes for the upcoming film, The Purifiers. The film will be released in the summer of 2004, but as the only British-made kung fu movie in history, it is already being touted as a potential blockbuster. It has just finished filming on location in Glasgow and stars the likes of Scots actors Kevin McKidd, of Trainspotting, Dominic Monaghan, from Lord of the Rings, and Bond girl Rachel Grant.

Some friends of mine got back from Austrailia a little while ago, and I asked them to go see the exibit they had at the state library of Victoria. They told me it was amazing, they had on display all of the original armor suits, some hand guns, and the legendary maroon sash that belonged to Ned.
