I crushed one vertebra and fractured three others. The doctors thought I woudn't walk again. I had and operation and 12 days later I walked out of the hospital on crutches.

Where you can find him: Orlando is currently travelling the globe with Brad Pitt (now that's a dreamy duo), shooting the epic movie Troy, but you can catch him as a swashbuckler in this summer's Pirates Of The Caribbean.
