After having played elf archer, Legolas, in the Lord Of The Rings trilogy and a young soldier in Black Hawk Down, Orlando Bloom will change role and try comedy. He recently joined Working Title Production to play the role in The Calcium Kid which will be directed by Alek de Rakoff.
Orlando will play a British milkman with a steel jaw who is hired to serve as a replacement boxer in a title bout against an American champion. No date of filming has been announced yet.
